Operator and scope

GonzoWorks LLC, a California limited liability company (“GonzoWorks,” “we,” “us”), operates GonzoArcade at game.ajgonzo.com. GonzoArcade is a passion project and a discovery portal for independently developed games.

This policy covers the GonzoArcade landing page and information we receive in connection with its PayPal donation link. Each game is independently defined and may have its own accounts, saves, technical logs, third-party services, terms, age guidance, and privacy notice. A game-specific notice controls for activity inside that game.

Information we handle

• Routine technical logs: IP address, browser or device type, date and time, referring page, requested URL, response status, and related security or diagnostic details.
• Messages you send: your email address and anything you include when you contact us.
• Donation records: if you donate through PayPal, PayPal may provide us with your name, email address, donation amount, transaction identifier, and other transaction details available to a recipient. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank-account number.

The hidden email-update field is a non-operational demonstration. It does not send or retain an address. We will update this policy before enabling a real mailing list.

How we use and retain information

We use information to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the portal; respond to requests; administer donations; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it to build advertising profiles.

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes. Log retention can vary with operational, security, backup, and legal needs. Donation records may be kept as required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. Contact messages are retained as needed to resolve the request and maintain appropriate records.

Third parties and external games

The portal’s fonts and gameplay previews are hosted locally. PayPal software is not requested until you activate the PayPal donation button. Once loaded, PayPal may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under its privacy statement. You may instead choose not to load PayPal.

Opening a game or another external site sends a normal web request to that destination. Its operator and privacy notice govern that activity. We may also use service providers for hosting, security, and infrastructure; they process information for those operational purposes.

Cookies, storage, and tracking signals

GonzoArcade does not intentionally set first-party cookies, use browser local storage, run advertising technology, or run cross-site analytics. Because the portal does not track visitors over time and across unrelated sites, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change the portal’s behavior. PayPal may use its own technologies after you choose to load it.

We do not knowingly allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information on this portal for cross-site behavioral advertising.

Children and families

The portal is for a general family audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. It has no accounts, chat, public profiles, or uploads. Children should use GonzoArcade with a parent or guardian and should not email personal information or make a donation without adult involvement.

Some linked games are designed for families or learning. Their data practices must be evaluated separately. A parent who believes a child supplied personal information can contact us to request review or deletion. See the Parents & Children notice.

California and other privacy choices

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to ask what personal information we hold, request correction or deletion, or receive a copy. We will verify and respond to valid requests as required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.

GonzoWorks does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email the address below with enough detail for us to understand and reasonably verify it. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law.

Security and international access

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this small portal, including encrypted public transport and access controls. No internet service can promise absolute security. If you believe you found a vulnerability, follow our security reporting guidance.

The portal is operated from the United States. If you visit from another country, information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ.

Changes

We may update this policy as the portal changes. We will post the revised version here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how already-collected information is used, we will provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate.
